These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and bejoto ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bejoto online betting platform, including all services, games, features, and content available through the website https://bejoto.cam (the "Platform").

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the bejoto Platform. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings.
bejoto is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary. You may be required to provide:
Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.
bejoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major local banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting at Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and may be subject to change. Most deposits are processed instantly, though some bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during peak periods.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your bejoto Account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time. Deposits made from third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your legal name will be rejected and returned.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name that matches the name on your bejoto Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Standard withdrawal processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your account verification status, VIP tier, and the payment method selected. VIP members receive priority processing. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account level and may be increased for verified VIP players.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete full KYC verification as outlined in Section 3.3. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or suspicious account activity. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending completion of verification procedures.
We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals or require additional verification if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other form of unfair advantage or manipulation. Accounts flagged for investigation will be suspended until the investigation is concluded.
bejoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, time limits, and withdrawal restrictions.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to account termination. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine they were obtained unfairly.
All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, amended, or voided after placement except in cases of obvious technical errors or as explicitly permitted by specific game rules. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, event, and account status.
For sports betting, results are determined based on official results published by the governing sporting body at the conclusion of the event. Settlement of bets follows industry-standard rules for each sport. In the event of postponements, cancellations, or abandoned matches, specific rules apply as outlined in our comprehensive sports betting rules available on the Platform.
All casino games and slots operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensuring fair and random outcomes. All content on the bejoto Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, videos, audio, trademarks, and service marks, is the exclusive property of bejoto or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent, except for temporary storage in your device's cache or as required for normal browser functionality.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your personal information. By using bejoto services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
bejoto provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connection issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, bejoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your maximum aggregate liability from bejoto for any claims arising from these Terms or use of our services is limited to the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months immediately preceding the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account, refuse service, or withhold funds at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused bonuses or promotions, created multiple accounts, provided false information during registration or verification, or conducted yourself in a manner detrimental to bejoto or other users.
Upon termination, all bonuses and pending bets will be forfeited. We will endeavor to return any remaining genuine balance in your Account (excluding bonus funds and fraudulently obtained winnings) after deducting any amounts owed to us, subject to completion of KYC verification and fraud investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your Account can be closed, you must withdraw all funds and cancel any active bonuses. Self-excluded accounts remain closed for the duration specified in the self-exclusion request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of bejoto services shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Indonesian language, as mutually agreed by the parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bejoto regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without notice or consent.
bejoto shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider failures.
